THE CARPET CLEANING
PROCESS PLUS RESULTS
1.) My carpet cleaning process begins with a "POWER SCRUB" pre-conditioning (Berber carpet may be excluded).
Most carpet cleaning companies consider "spraying" your carpets with a detergent as pre-conditioning. I take it a step further.
I agitate the cleaning agents using a floor machine with a soft nylon shampoo brush. This lifts up the matted down fibers
and agitates the cleaning agents on all sides of the fibers BEFORE the steam cleaning.
2.) After the "POWER SCRUB" pre-conditioning has been completed. I then steam clean the carpets with a "rinsing
agent" using heat and high water pressure. (Warning: Many cleaners do not use a "rinsing
agent", for the simple fact it costs far more than the cleaning detergents do. Water alone will not remove soap residue.
Worse yet, many cleaners simply run more detergent through their steam cleaning lines leaving large amounts of residue.)
Cleaning carpets this way is the most effective in removing heavy soiling and leaving them
residue free!
